CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELATION / RESCHEDULE POLICY AFFECTIVE JUNE 1, 2025 Appointment reminders will be sent out 72 hours in advance to confirm appointment. Please reply to this message to confirm your appointment. All clients must give a 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule their appointment in order to avoid a fee. You will be subject to pay 50% of the booked service cost if the client notifies in 24 hours or less of the appointment. This fee must be paid in order to make a new appointment. If an appointment is no showed, 100% of the schedule service must be paid in order to make a new appointment. As a small business owner It is important for me to protect my time and financial stability of my business. I understand that emergencies and unexpected changes happen and I will try to be flexible but I have to protect my business. Thank you for understanding!
